Julie Jetzer is the Founder of Corrective Core & Musculoskeletal Health, LLC started in 2014, a Bodywork Therapist LMBT #17706, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Health Coach to help her clients with chronic pain due to neuromuscular miscommunications of the body. Her main focuses are relieving tension and restoring connective tissue inside the gap of a Diastasis Recti, rebuild strength in the pelvic floor and teaching client better movements to eliminate intra-abdominal forces, and advanced connective tissue therapies as a Bodywork Therapist, LMBT. Julie graduated from NC School of Advanced Bodywork, received her LMBT License. During her studies at the NC School of Advanced Bodywork she attended and became certified in several advanced modalities.
Julie’s mission is working with women during their third trimester of pregnancy through the twelve months post delivery helping them strengthen their neurological connection to the core cylinder of the body, relieving the negative side effect caused by Diastasis Recti and/or weak pelvic floor. Exercises are taught one-on-one combined with my online platform of videos to review the exercises, movements and additional tools to view and learn when they have time. Julie’s aim is to give all the tools, support, and bodywork therapy needed to tap back into restorative fitness, better posture, and movement patterns.
