What to expect after you start your program

– You’ll get immediate access to the online portion of the program and be on your way to connecting and making changes in your body.
-You’ll go discover over 6 hours of information and videos spaced over the 3 months so nothing is overwhelming with a full 6 month access to it all.
-You’ll start discovering parts of your body through breath and posture changes the first two weeks building the foundation to start adding muscles connections in a specific order so the body may learn how to do it on it’s own.
