Julie will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and bodywork techniques essential to provide long-lasting strength during pregnancy as well as postpartum. Julie’s goal within this method is to help:

  • Provide lasting strength for better recovery from birth

This option of the virtual training is self guided only and doesn’t include any sessions together with Julie.  If you need assistance you have the option to schedule a ZOOM session or if you’re local a in person session. Julie wanted to support as much as she can!!
